Trail Work is ongoing- trails open January 2 (earliest)

Club volunteers have been busy preparing the trails over the last few months.  Trail preparation includes addressing water crossings (bridges, culverts, etc),  pounding stakes and signs, clearing downed trees, and working with our generous land owners.

Once hunting season starts on October 1, we need to work with our landowners to avoid interfering with any hunting done on their properties. 

While working in the cold and snow isn't ideal, using drill based augers to start a hole has made pounding stakes much easier.

Thanks to all of the volunteers who are putting in the time so they can ride trails once they open after January 2nd!
